Using a blend of creative and operational strengths, Jennifer has achieved career success through her no-nonsense, business orientation.
Over the past 20 years, Jennifer has worked vigorously across multiple industries to position herself as a leader within the Talent & HR field. She has rolled-up her sleeves, dug in, built high performing teams, designed, implemented, partnered, and led her way through a global career in companies such as Taco Bell, New Century Mortgage, Pacific Sunwear, Oakley and Blizzard Entertainment.
Jennifer has distinguished herself among the crowd with her fierce passion for the work, as well as her deep knowledge and application of the neuroscience research, including co-authoring the book “Psychological SAFETY” in 2018.
Complementing her work experience is her deep academic background. Jennifer has earned her B.A. in Psychology, as well as her M.S. and Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology. She has since sat on advisory boards at UCI, Brandman, and USC, in addition to teaching several courses in Experience Management, OD, Teams, and Change Management.
Bringing her education and work experience together, Jennifer thrives in translating her work from large, high-performing organizations into those that are either advancing or just beginning their people journey. Having worked with some of the strongest and deepest corporate cultures gives Jennifer vast insight into the challenges companies face building, maintaining, and evolving their culture.
A Southern California native, Jennifer spends her free time making memories with her husband and daughter.
